Effective Date:<\/strong> May 20, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n Attune Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Attune Music mobile application (“the App”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Attune Music is built to respect your privacy. The App does not require an account and does not collect personal information. Most of your content is kept on your device. The App connects to two third-party services \u2014 Anthropic (Claude API) for music discovery and setlist.fm for concert and setlist search \u2014 and sends only the information needed for those features to function. Requests to Anthropic are routed through a lightweight relay we operate on Cloudflare Workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Music discovery.<\/strong> When you use the music discovery feature, your album preferences and any mood or feel inputs you provide are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate recommendations. These requests pass through a relay we operate on Cloudflare Workers, which forwards them to Anthropic. The relay does not store the contents of your requests. The information sent is not accompanied by your name, email, account credentials, or any persistent identifier created by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Concert and setlist search.<\/strong> When you search for concerts or setlists, your search terms (such as an artist name, venue, or date) are sent directly from the App to the setlist.fm API to return matching results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On-device content.<\/strong> Journal entries, mood selections, saved sifts, and any other content you create within the App are stored locally on your device. This content is not transmitted to us or to any third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Network information.<\/strong> As with any internet request, the third-party services listed below may automatically receive technical information such as your device’s IP address, request timing, and similar metadata when the App connects to them. This includes Cloudflare, which provides the infrastructure for our relay. Refer to each provider’s privacy policy for details on how they handle that information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The App relies on the following third-party services to function. We do not control how these providers handle data they receive, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n We have selected these providers because their published practices are consistent with the protections described in this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because the App does not collect personal information, maintain user accounts, or operate a database of users, we do not retain personal data about you. Our Cloudflare Worker relay does not store the contents of requests it forwards. Queries sent to Anthropic and setlist.fm, and standard edge metadata observed by Cloudflare, may be retained by those providers according to their own policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Content you create in the App is stored on your device. You can delete it at any time by removing entries within the App, clearing the App’s data in iOS Settings, or uninstalling the App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Use of the music discovery and concert search features is voluntary. If you do not want queries sent to the third-party services, you can stop using those features. Uninstalling the App stops all data transmission from the App. Because we do not maintain personal records, there is no separate account or stored profile to revoke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Attune Music is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This policy may be updated from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent revision.
